We stayed at Birdsong Guest House for one night when we attended a wedding in the area. The room was very large and comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was delicious! and our host, Riana was welcoming and very helpful.

My husband and I felt like we were right at home staying with Riana. She was a wonderful hostess and we got on very well with Riana and her husband. We certainly would recommend them.

We were seeking a peaceful place within an hours drive from Johannesburg for a 2 night stopover while flying from Botswana to Seychelles and found Birdsong fitted the requirement very well. It is certainly very peaceful and well away from the hustle and bustle of the Jo'burg area. The price was very acceptable, breakfasts were good, the hosts very friendly and helpful and the room comfortable. It's comparatively remote so one definitely needs a car to get there and for getting around.

The tranquil garden, bird song and friendly hosts are really worth every cent. Riana and her husband are great hosts. Quiet and secure.

This is a great guest house with room for a decent sized group, rooms were up to top class hotel standards and the hosts are very friendly and respect guest's privacy. I will definitely be back

Riana was a wonderful, friendly hostess. The rooms are very nice and neat. The whole guesthouse is reminiscent of very nice home away from home. Although we had to go out for the moonlight treatment at a nearby spa it was no problem for Riana arranging keys, lighting, etc for our return later that night. Can recommend this guesthouse any day!

A perfect getaway from the city and the hussle. Excellent host, hospitality at its best. I will definately recommend Birdsong.
